In the United States, Project WILD relies on a Coordinator in each state to distribute materials and to act as a central contact point for training other educators in that state.
Coordinators are hired by the state sponsors (primarily fish and wildlife agencies) who are dedicated to education about wildlife and the environment. Because they oversee Project WILD efforts state-wide and plan and conduct training workshops for educators, our Project WILD State Coordinators are the heart of Project WILD.
Project WILD Coordinators can be found across the nation, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. All Project WILD workshops are organized by the State Coordinators.
